Figured I'd give it a try for having a meal substitute for middle of the day etc.. The taste is very good and it's not chalky like when drinking, best part is that it's reasonably priced (only 25.99). Anyways its great tasting and at a great price!

Was shipped and got to me quicker then I thought it would. Shaker came and looks beautiful. The product is better than I expected. I will be subbing to the product so I get it more often. This Meal Replacement bar blew my mind, i usually get that chalky and not pleasant after taste and feel. CTRL has the most amazing flavor ever and doesn't give you those unpleasant tastes.

Honestly it was my first time trying out ctrl and it was really great. A really healthy meal replacement made for everyone. I have been drinking ctrl every morning before work and it's better than having a simple breakfast. By the way, Banana Split is one of the best. A solid 10/10 for me. Great Experience for sure.

Struggling with weight loss has always been a problem regardless of the diet and I feel confident that CTRL will benefit my new Keto Diet. Having said that I decided to give CTRL a try and get the Cinnamon Toast flavor. Of course I find the flavor amazing since Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my favorite cereal. Will it be my solution to weight loss? To early to tell, but I can confidently say that I enjoy the product and I'm looking forward to enjoying it long term.
